101 WAYS TO COPE WITH STRESS

Pressure Point Stress
  1. Get up 15 minutes earlier (selalunya bangkit coz Zafar dah bangkit merengek nak susu baru terkocoh nak solat Subuh hehe)
  2. Prepare for the morning the night before (baju nak pegi opis pun selalu sgt gosok time pagi..aduss)
  3. Avoid tight fitting clothes (memang xsuka pun pakai baju ikut badan)
  4. Avoid relying on chemical aids (erm..klu Panadol?..rasa de simpan byk dlm peti ais..erm..xleh la ni ek?)
  5. Set appointments ahead (kadang2 la..jot-down dlm buku hehe)
  6. Don't rely on your memory ... write it down (heehhehe..snapshot letak dlm kepala xleh ke?)
  7. Practice preventive maintenance (erm..ok ok)
  8. Make duplicate keys (untuk car keys -check- , untuk kunci rumah etc..erm lom lagi)
  9. Say "no" more often (part ni paling susah..asyik sgt suka nak menolong..payah..payah)
  10. Set priorities in your life (ok set set..memang suka plan awal2)
  11. Avoid negative people (terlalu byk la..camne nak avoid ni..hurmmm)
  12. Use time wisely (failed..failed hehe..bila ada anak kecik lagi la failed)
  13. Simplify meal times (erm..kadang ikut suka selera je)
  14. Always make copies of important papers 
  15. Anticipate your needs
  16. Repair anything that doesn't work properly (hehe..suami xrajin sgt..saya suka tapi xsemua reti baiki)
  17. Ask for help with the jobs you dislike (susah la..kadang ditolak mentah2..cisss)
  18. Break large tasks into bite size portions (masih mencuba)
  19. Look at problems as challenges 
  20. Look at challenges differently
  21. Unclutter your life
  22. Smile :)  (hmm..kebelakangan ni mmg jarang senyum..pressure nih)
  23. Be prepared for rain (erm..jap jap mana g payung yg beli tahun lepas ye? oh..dlm kereta)
  24. Tickle a baby (love to do this..so cute Zafar with his big smile)
  25. Pet a friendly dog/cat (i do have a cat but it belong to family-in-laws)
  26. Don't know all the answers (true)
  27. Look for a silver lining
  28. Say something nice to someone (so weird coz sometime people love to hear something bad instead)
  29. Teach a kid to fly a kite (kalau anak kita baru 7m..xpe kan?)
  30. Walk in the rain (gilers..kang demam pastu jangkit kat anak hehe)
  31. Schedule play time into every day ( i have play time? did i read this properly?)
  32. Take a bubble bath (love it!)
  33. Be aware of the decisions you make (yup..caculating my step and decision is a biggest risk i have to face)
  34. Believe in yourself ( sometimes i don't and usually don't)
  35. Stop saying negative things to yourself ( :) )
  36. Visualize yourself winning  (byk visualize my self losing..most of the time..ok stop that habit)
  37. Develop your sense of humor (i hate this part..kinda down lately..will try to laugh more and make other laugh too)
  38. Stop thinking tomorrow will be a better day (why?)
  39. Have goals for yourself (ya..setiap hari suka ingatkan diri sndr huhu)
  40. Dance a jig (erk?)
  41. Say "hello" to a stranger (jarang sgt unless know that person)
  42. Ask a friend for a hug (my true bff is at Cheras, how to ask her to come over n give me a big hug?)
  43. Look up at the stars (fav part)
  44. Practice breathing slowly
  45. Learn to whistle a tune (pagi tadi ada dgr -check-)
  46. Read a poem (da lama xbaca poem..maybe nak start balik)
  47. Listen to a symphony
  48. Watch a ballet
  49. Read a story curled up in bed (yay! sgt suka baca time susukan Zafar)
  50. Do a brand new thing (will think about it)
  51. Stop a bad habit
  52. Buy yourself a flower (yg murah ada ke?erm..plastik ke? janji bunga kan?)
  53. Take time to smell the flowers
  54. Find support from others (usually from suami..he's the biggest supporter)
  55. Ask someone to be your "vent-partner" (not that easy to trust people)
  56. Do it today 
  57. Work at being cheerful and optimistic (suami selalu komplen..i'm too-much
  58. Put safety first
  59. Do everything in moderation
  60. Pay attention to your appearance
  61. Strive for Excellence NOT perfection
  62. Stretch your limits a little each day
  63. Look at a work of art
  64. Hum a jingle (selalu buat :) )
  65. Maintain your weight (try to reduce weight..after giving birth..nak kurangkan lg baru maintain)
  66. Plant a tree 
  67. Feed the birds 
  68. Practice grace under pressure
  69. Stand up and stretch
  70. Always have a plan "B"  (Plan A is a priority..plan B ? *gulp* )
  71. Learn a new doodle
  72. Memorize a joke 
  73. Be responsible for your feelings
  74. Learn to meet your own needs
  75. Become a better listener
  76. Know your limitations and let others know them, too
  77. Tell someone to have a good day in pig Latin
  78. Throw a paper airplane
  79. Exercise every day
  80. Learn the words to a new song (dari skola sampai skrg sgt suka buat benda ni)
  81. Get to work early (ok..trying..sometimes when Zafar is not well..it is hard to left him n go to work)
  82. Clean out one closet (done..yesterday, yippie!)
  83. Play patty cake with a toddler (in may on next year)
  84. Go on a picnic 
  85. Take a different route to work 
  86. Leave work early (with permission) 
  87. Put air freshener in your car (will buy the new one coz the buy-3-for-rm10 is sick-able)
  88. Watch a movie and eat popcorn (love it! love it! with no-popcorn..erk)
  89. Write a note to a far away friend (can i use e-mail or posted to the wall FB?)
  90. Go to a ball game and scream
  91. Cook a meal and eat it by candlelight (with my son Zafar rambling and throwing tantrums?)
  92. Recognize the importance of unconditional love
  93. Remember that stress is an attitude
  94. Keep a journal (hmm..2010 is not much a do journal written..perhaps 2011)
  95. Practice a monster smile (what for?)
  96. Remember you always have options 
  97. Have a support network of people, places and things (doing crafting is a stress relief for me now)
  98. Quit trying to fix other people (its not they didn't success do it on their own..it just they will always ask me..ok i'll stop)
  99. Get enough sleep (susah nak capai target ni, Zafar sometimes wake up ikut suka dia je)
  100. Talk less and listen more ( still learning)
  101. Freely praise other people (hehe)
